| 摘 要： | 分析了目前校企合作的机械类创新人才培养模式存在的主要问题.以德州学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,结合德州市新能源产业,在人才培养目标定位、构建校企合作的实践教学体系等方面,进行了新能源装备特色的机械类人才培养模式的探索与实践.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the university--enterprise cooperation mechanical professional main prob- lems of training mode for creative talents. Tanking mechanical design manufacturing and automation speci- ality of Dezhou University for example, combinatiing Dezhou new energy industry, the paper was carried out exploration and practice in new energy equipment features of mechanical talents training mode in the talents training goal location, constructing university--enterprise cooperation of practical teaching system, etc. |
