食品工业“十二五”发展规划与食品企业自主创新能力研究

摘    要:《食品工业"十二五"发展规划》提出培育食品企业自主创新能力,不断提升我国食品工业科技创新能力是"十二五"期间食品工业实现转型、提升核心竞争力的关键途径之一.基于对我国《食品工业"十二五"发展规划》和山东省《食品工业"十二五"发展规划》的解读,提出食品企业提升自主创新能力需要研究的主要内容和解决的主要问题,明确食品经济管理研究基地在食品企业自主创新能力研究领域内的方向和目标.

Abstract:The Twelfth Five-years Plan for food industry development proposes that training independent innovation capability of food Enterprise and improving innovation capacity of china’s food industry is one of the key ways to improve the core competitiveness and fulfill the transition of food industry during the Twelfth Five-years period.Based on understanding for our country and Shandong province’s five-year food industry developing plan,this paper presents the main contents and resolved questions for improving the independent innovation ability of food enterprises and makes it clear that the main direction and goals for the study on food enterprises independent innovation capacity of food economic management base.
