| 摘 要： | 试验以CIMMYT小麦微核心种质164份种质资源为材料,用不破坏籽粒的DA7200方法测定籽粒蛋白质含量,比较分析了164份种质资源蛋白质含量的高低,筛选出一批宝贵的高蛋白和低蛋白的种质资源,以及一些蛋白质含量中等的种质资源.高蛋白的资源用于面包用品种的选育,低蛋白的种质资源用于糕点用品种的选育,蛋白质含量中等的种质资源用于加工馒头和面条用小麦品种的选育.

| Abstract: | This experiment take CIMMYT wheat core idioplasm 164 as a material,With the DA7200 method of undestroy the grain determination grain protein content,analysis 164 wheat core idioplasm protein content and screened many precious high protein and the low protein idioplasm resources.The high protein content resources use in the selective breeding of the bread,the low protein idioplasm resources use in the cakes and pastries selective breeding.Germplasm medium protein content of steamed bread and noodles for the processing of wheat breeding. |
