| 摘 要： | 翻译是一种艺术再创造。文学翻译的“等值”是一种理想，如何使复杂的翻译，最大程度地再现原文的审美效果，使原作与译作在深层意蕴和想象意义上达到艺术的统一，译者的想象力是再现原文形象化语言的一个重要因素。本文着重从文学翻译中想象这一审美心理机制的运作对翻译过程中审美效果的影响，探讨《傲慢与偏见》两个中译本的翻译效果。

| Abstract: | This paper evaluates critically and objectively the two Chinese versions of Pride and Prejudice to see how the original aesthetic effects are conveyed, that is, how the closest equivalence is attained, through the transportation of figurative languages in target text. Many factors contribute to the attainment of equivalence, among which aesthetic imagination is an important one. |
