| 摘 要： | 在新世纪,科技期刊在传播科学知识、促进生产力发展方面起着愈来愈重要的作用,同时也面临着许多困难和挑战。科技期刊机遇与挑战并存,困境与出路同在。只要解放思想,改变观念,不断学习,开拓进取,遵循科技期刊的发展和运行规律,在新世纪科技期刊一定能走出困境,发挥新的更大的作用。

| Abstract: | In the new century, periodicals of science and technology have great functions in spreading scientific knowl-edge and in improving the productive forces They are facing many problems and challenges. The author of this paper e-laborates the hardships being faced by periodicals of science and technology and points out the tactics. It concludes thatthe chances and ways exist at the same time. Periodicals can come out of the difficult situation and have new and greaterfuntions in the new century on the condition that the editors liberate and change their thoughts abide by the rules of devel-opment and operting and go ahead continously. |
