摘    要:住宅小区的配电房内母排会对上层住户空间及邻近建筑物产生电磁干扰,因此需采用一定的屏蔽方案对其进行屏蔽。钢筋混凝土结构常被用来屏蔽母排产生的磁场,而不同尺寸大小的钢筋网其屏蔽效能不同,实际工程屏蔽方案需综合考虑成本与屏蔽效能。文章中以一典型配电房为俐,根据母排实际参数建立其工频磁场计算模型,分别计算了建筑物只采用混凝土(不带钢筋同)、采用不同大小的钢筋网格以及不同型号的钢筋时,母排在上层住户空间产生的磁场,并计算了各种辱蔽措施的屏蔽效能。计算结果显示钢筋网格越小,屏蔽效能越好;钢筋直径增大,屏蔽效能也明显增大。

Abstract:Bus bars in the distribution house will cause electromagnetic interference in its neighborhood area, therefore some shielding measurements should be taken to reduce the inference. The reinforced concrete is the most frequently used to shield the magnetic field produced by bus bars. And its shielding effectiveness differs from its grid size, therefore the influence from steel grid parameter on its shielding effectiveness is studied in this paper. A distribution house in a given residential area is taken as an example. Firstly, according to the actual size and location of the bus bars, its model for frequency magnetic field calculation is established. And then magnetic field in the neighborhood area is calculated when only concrete buildings (non-reinforced) is adopted, using different sizes of steel grid. In addition, the shielding effectiveness under different situation is calculated. Results indicate that the smaller is the steel grid and the larger is the diameter of the steel, the better is its shielding effectiveness When an 8 mm of steel plate is adopted, the shielding efficiency on the top layer reaches 97%; The magnetic induction strength B near the reinforced walls is significantly greater than B indoor. Finally, advises are presented to increase shielding effectiveness aiming at reducing magnetic pollution surrounding the distribution house.
