摘    要:该文分析和讨论了车载DC/AC变流器的结构、原理以及设计过程等。整个变流器由DC/DC变换器,DC/AC逆变器,辅助电源,以及各种保护电路组成。通过对DC-DC变换器原理的分析,确定了以推挽式变换器作为低压变高压的电路。本文设计的开关逆变器具有多种保护措施,如过压、欠压、过流、过温等,使得系统的可靠性高。由于逆变器工作于高频开关状态,所以本文研究的变流器具有体积小、重量轻等优点。

Abstract:This paper presents the construction, theory, and design process about the 200 watt converter, which transfers 12V input DC to 220Vac output. The whole unit is constructed with four parts: the DC/DC port, DC/AC port, Bias Supply port, and the protection circuit. We use the push-pull topological circuit working for DC/DC port for the low power lost in the switching MOSFET. It responses and raises the low 12Vdc to about 320Vd, and prepares to transfer to AC output. The traditional DC/AC circuit was applied here. To improve the high reliability for the DC/AC converter, we have various protection circuit such as the over Input Voltage Protection Circuit, Lower Input Voltage Protection Circuit, Over Current Protection, Short Circuit Protection with the fuse, and so on. It is easy to use with the converter operating under the high frequency; it has high efficiency, light and small size and high quality. Doubtlessly, it is the right choice for you to apply the device to your motor.
