| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革的实质是实现高等学校办学模式的重大改革,旨在打破“一校一后勤,校校办后勤,学校办社会”的格局,使高校把全部精力集中到教学、科研、育人上来。高校后勤社会化改革必须积极、稳妥,结合学校的具体情况,明晰后勤资产的产权,加强财务审计监督,做到校企分开、政企分开,保证后勤企图国有资产保值增值。

| Abstract: | It's essential to realize a great model change in running school for the rear service socialized reform in colleges and universities. It aims to break this kind of situation" a college with a rear service; each college running rear service; colleges and universities running society." In this way colleges and universities can concentrate all their energies on teaching, on scientific research and fostering people. The rear revervice socialized reform in colleges and universities must be positive and stable, combining. The concrete conditions in colleges and universities, knowing the capital property right of the rear service, strengthening the financial affairs audit and supervision. The school and the government, the government and enterprise are separated as to make the state property of the rear service enterprise keep the value added. |
