| 摘 要： | 挪用公款罪是一种多发性犯罪，尤其是近年来在我国市场经济的建立过程中呈上升的趋势。但是在司法实践中还存在诸多问题没有解决，如挪用公款罪的犯罪对象有哪些表现形式，实践中如何认定其犯罪对象等。因而应对其作进一步研究以利于完善挪用公款罪。

| Abstract: | The crime of misappropriating public funds is a kind of crime which often takes place. Especially in the course of establishing the market-oriented economy in our country, the situation of crime is becoming more and more serious. But in judicial practice there are many problems that we have not solved. For example, what is the performing form of this crime and how to ascertain its target etc. So doing some research on its target benefit the improvement of this crime. |
