大学心理健康教育显性课程效用的实证研究

摘    要:对某校大一学生进行自然教学实验,采用两阶段分层随机抽样法抽取88名被试进行SCL90心理健康问卷调查,发现被试后测结果分数在强迫、人际关系敏感、睡眠饮食3个因子以及总分、阳性项目数上显著低于前测;三次重复测量结果线性增长趋势不显著,但二次增长趋势非常显著;分组主效应和教师主效应不显著.大学心理健康教育显性课程明显改善了大学生的心理健康状况.
