| 摘 要： | GIS与办公自动化(OA)以及与管理信息系统(MIS)的集成是当前GIS应用领域的热点。相对于以传统GIS软件为基础的集成办法，以ComGIS理论和技术为基础的集成方法具有可扩展性好、高效无缝、成本低等特点。本文探讨了基于GIS组件开发房产管理信息系统的方法，该方法根据校园房产信息的特点，用Mapobiects组件管理空间信息，用SQL Server管理属性信息，采用客户端／服务器(C／S)的系统结构，以高分辨率遥感影像作为校区平面图的显示背景，实现了通过空间数据(校园楼层平面图，校区平面图)对房产可视化管理和分配。

| Abstract: | Integrating GIS with OA and MIS is a rising trend in the realm of GIS application.In comparison with the traditional integration method,the integration based on the ComGIS is seamless,efficient,less cost and better in expansibility.The Method of developing mapObjects-based campus building estate information system is discussed in this article.According to the characteristics of building estate data,it organizes the spatial information by using MO,manages the property information by using SAL Server,adopts the C/S system structure,uses the hyper-resolution image as the system backgroud and ultimately realizes the function of the management and the assianment of the building estate. |
