| 摘 要： | 因地制宜、因势利导地推进小城镇房地产业的差异化、适度化、优宜化发展,对促进我国新型城镇化发展具有深远而重要的积极作用。现阶段小城镇房地产业市场化程度日益提高,业界主体介入空间不断扩大,已呈现出量增价升与差异化、非均衡发展态势。应通过规划制导、土地支配、配套助推、产业支撑、管理提升,推进小城镇房地产业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | To promote the development of the differentiation ,moderate and superior appropriate of the real estate in small towns with the local conditions and judicious guidance according to the local situations has far-reaching and important positive role in promoting the development of new-typed urbanization in our country .Nowadays ,the marketization of real estate in small towns are increasing ,the involved space of the subject main part of the industry is expanding and the development trend of both volume and price increasing ,differentiation and non-balanced situation have already showed .The measurements of planning guidance ,land disposal ,complements promoting ,industry supporting and management promoting should be taken to promote the healthy development of the real estate in small towns . |
