| 摘 要： | 高校学风建设与高素质人才培养有着密切的相关性。学风建设要体现以人为本的理念，在新生教育、专业思想教育、教风建设、辅导员班主任队伍建设、管理制度建设和服务等各个环节中把人性化教育与管理落到实处，把建设健康的多元化校园文化放在重要位置，营造积极向上的高校人才培养环境。

| Abstract: | The university study-atmosphere construction closely integrates with the developing of high-quality talents in universities. It should be reflect the concept of putting people first. The humanized education and management can be accomplished by freshmen education, vocational education and the construction of study-style, students' instructor contingent, administrative regulations as well as service, etc. In order to build an environment of improvement, contributing a sound multiple campus culture should be considered as a question of vital importance. |
