| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段的农村股份合作制是对马克思主义合作制与股份制理论的继承与发展,是马克思的“重建个人所有制”思想在中国农村的具体运用和实践。它坚持并发展了社会主义的公有制．为共同富裕开辟了道路．体现了社会主义的本质特征和要求,是我国当前农村经济体制进一步改革的合理的制度模式选择。

| Abstract: | The author expounds that the current stock-cooperation system in countryside carries on Marxist theory .It is the concrete application of Marx's theory of "rebuilding personal ownership" in China's countryside .It insists and develops socialist public ownership ,opens up the road to common well-of.It embodies socialist features and demands.It is the rational choice of economic system in present countryside. |
