| 摘 要： | 农村“留守儿童”是一个特殊的群体,在生活、教育、安全和心理方面存在着诸多问题,其原因主要在于家庭、学校和社会三个方面。当前,应加大户籍制度的改革力度,健全和完善农村社会保障机制,加强对“留守儿童”的教育和管理,切实解决“留守儿童”问题,建设和谐的社会主义新农村。

| Abstract: | As a special group,"Left-home children"in rural area have many problems in life,education,security and psychology.They are caused by family,school and society.So we should strengthen the reform of census register system,perfect rural social security,reinforce the edcation and management of those chidren and solve the problems of them to build a new harmonious socialist rural area. |
