| 摘 要： | 文章根据SNS在信息传播方面的优势,针对当前网络环境下信息需求社会化的趋势,提出基于SNS的社会化信息服务模式,并从要素、信息服务流程、信息服务方式三个方面分析社会化信息服务模式的运作机制,并提出应注意信息安全隐患、用户信息素养方面的问题,最后对社会化信息服务模式如何在企业创新决策、创新实施、创新实现、创新扩散等不同阶段开展具体应用进行阐述,以期对企业创新信息服务研发提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to the SNS＇s advantage in information dissemination ,this paper put forward the social information service mode based on SNS in view of the current social trends of information demand under the network environment ,and analyze the elements ,information service process and information service mode of the operation mechanism of social information service mode ,and state that the information security risk and user information literacy should be paid attention to ,finally elaborate the application of the social information service mode in the different stages of enterprise innovation decision-making ,innovation implementation ,innovation realization ,innovation diffusion in order to provide references to the research on information service of the enterprise innovation . |
