| 摘 要： | 选课制由德国引入美国大学，选课制的扩大又促进美国大学学分制的形成和发展。我国近代以来的大学教学管理制度是在学分制与选课制的相互作用中不断发展起来的，处理好学分制与选课制二者的关系同样是21世纪初我国高校学分制改革面临的突出问题。

| Abstract: | The elective system originated in Berlin University in Germany was introduced and developed from American universities, which made the forming of credit system .The management system of teaching in universities in modern China developed in the interaction between credit system and elective system. The problem in the management system of higher education in New China is how to deal with the relation between the elective system and the credit system. |
