| 摘 要： | 船山思想中有着丰富的民生思想，他确立了“生民之生死”高于“一姓之兴亡”的民生价值观，“民自有恒畴”的民生保障机制和“严以治吏”，“宽以养民”的民生执政原则，这些思想在今天仍然显耀着智慧的光芒。
