| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和知识经济背景下的世界分工体系中，传统主权国家的“边界”已日益模糊，而区域的地位和作用日益突出，同时区域性问题也不断增多并日趋复杂化。在这种形势下，传统的区域管理体制已不能适应区域持续发展的需要，尽早建立我国区域管理的新体制已是势在必行。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the economic globalization and the knowledge economy, the boundary between the traditional sovereign states is getting dimmer and dimmer day by day,the status and functions of region tend to stand out in the world division systems, meanwhile, the regional problems are increasing fast and getting more complicated. Considering the present situations, the author of the paper thinks the old system of the regional management will no longer suit the needs of the continued development of region. So it is extremely necessary to found a new system of the regional management. |
