| 摘 要： | “以德治国”是江泽民同志提出的一个重要思想，是从中国本土文化资源中提炼出来的政治方略。从经济学角度来说，以德治国可以降低交易成本，协调收入分配，创造合作效益，增殖社会无形资产。同时，以德治国也是依法治国的内在需求。

| Abstract: | General Secretary Jiang Zeming recently put forward an important thought whichwas to govern the country by the rule of virtue.It is a political strategy.From the angle of economics,it may decrease the trade casts,coordinate the income distribution,produce cooperative efficiency and increase enterprise intangible assets.Furthermore,it is the inherent requisite of governing the country by the rule of law,too. |
