摘    要:运动人体科学课程是体育专业的基础课程,这一系列课程的实验教学不仅承担着知识的传授,更担负着人才培养的重任.但现有的运动人体科学课程实验教学过程的"形式"化、教学内容的陈旧简单化、教学管理的封闭化、教学评价的单一化不利于培养高素质体育人才,为此,以人本主义教育思想为指导,提出了确立"培养全面发展的体育人才"目标、不断更新实验教学的理念.要以学生的需要为取向,不断优化实验教学内容,凸显"学生主体"地位、构建和谐师生关系,注重学生能力培养、实施"多元"实验教学评价,立足"学生本位"、实施开放实验教学管理的课程体系更有利于学生掌握基础知识与实验方法,提高各项综合能力.

Abstract:The Sport Science and Humanity Body is a basic course of PE major and its experimental courses help students learn some knowledge as well as cultivate sports talents.However,formalized teaching process,old and simple teaching content,closed teaching management and single teaching evaluation of existing experimental courses would not testify the cultivation of training the qualified personnel of good quality.Thus,based on the theory of Humanism,suggestions are as follows:setting up our goal to cultivate all over developing sports talents, constantly updating experimental teaching concepts,optimizing experimental teaching content according to students' demand;highlighting the subject status of the students and establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;paying more attention to bring up students' ability and using various experimental teaching evaluation; basing on a student-centered orientation and implementing an open experimental teaching management system.
