| 摘 要： | 建立现代企业制度面临着三大体制性难点，集中表现为如何处理政企，党企、劳企关系，解决的基本途径有二：彻底改革国有产权制度，消除政企不分的经济基础；改善完善党对企业的领导方式，理顺公司新老“三会”的关系。

| Abstract: | Three obstacles blocking establish the enterprise system are how to deal with the relationship between government and enterprise, between the Party and the enterprise, between labourers and enterprise.Two basic ways should be taken to solve these problems:reform the state-owned enterprises thoroughly to eliminate the chaotic state of right between government enterprise, reform the Party's leading mode to enterprises to tidy up the relationship between the Party and the enterprises. |
