科学课教师胜任力研究立论及其进展

摘    要:科学课是我国基础教育课程改革中新增设的一门广域综合课程。然而目前该课程教师胜任力堪忧,教师成长性迷茫。综观该课程教师胜任力研究,仍存在着生成方法有待完善、研究对象范围亟需扩展、以及核心特征研究不够深入和实证研究贫乏等问题。

Abstract:Science is a popular integrated curriculum in the basic education courses in China.But the competence of the teachers of this course is not well enough,who are puzzled about theirdevelopment.To the research of the competence of the Science teachers,there are still some problems including the shortage of its founding research methods,research object needing ex tending,the core research is not deepening and the practical research is poor.
