| 摘 要： | 自20世纪最后20年至今，我国高等教育的发展始终面临着世界科技革命和我国由计划经济向市场经济转型的挑战。这就迫使我国高等院校在发展上必须切实解决如下几个问题：一是解决好科技高度发展与人的低素质的矛盾，提倡“人文素质教育”，使高科技掌握在高素质的人的手中；二是解决好电子信息技术进入高校后与传统教育模式的矛盾，高校要适应时代的发展，既要以积极的态度迎接高科技进入高等教育领域，又要主动地发挥传统教育模式中的某些优势；三是解决好高等教育大众化与当前实际的矛盾，要克服高等教育扩大规模中遇到的各种困难，更新我们的某些观念，加快我国高等教育发展的步伐；四是要积极面对加入WTO以后我国高等教育遇到的挑战。

| Abstract: | From the last 20 years of 20th century to the present, the development of higher education in our country has been facing the world science and technology revolution and the challenge that our country is transforming the planned economy into the market-oriented economy. This forces our higher institutions to solve the following problems practically. 1. To solve the contradictions between highly-developed science and technology and the low quality of people; to spread the idea of humane quality-aimed education in order to let people with higher qualities master higher science and technology. 2. To solve the contradictions between traditional education mode and electronic information technology after it enters higher institutions .in order to keep abreast of the development of the times, higher institutions not only greet highly-developed science and technology into higher education realm, but also initiatively bring some superiorities of the traditional education mode into play.3.to solve the contradictions between the popularized higher education and the present reality. We should try our best to overcome all kinds of difficulties enlarging higher education scales, and renew our modes of thought in order to speed up the higher education development in our country. 4. Higher-education in our country should face the challenge boldly after our country joins WTO. |
