| 摘 要： | 办学特色是高校在高等教育市场化条件下竞争和生存的基础,是高校可持续发展的潜力和持久的生命力,具有质优性、独特性、稳定性和发展性的特点。西部地方高师院校要摆脱困境,闯出新路,必须实施特色战略。要在办学理念上突出前瞻性,办学定位具有个性化,学科专业建设注重特色,学生素质强调综合性,科学研究追求“本土化”。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of school running are the foundation for universities to compete and survive under the conditions of marketability of the higher education.They are the potential and the lasting vitality of the sustainable development of the universities,which have the features of high quality,distinction,stability and expansibility.To get out of the difficult position and take a new road,it is necessary for the teachers' universities in the western area to implement the characteristic strategy where the idea of school management should give prominence to forward looking;the school running should have the personalization;the discipline construction should have its own characteristics;the students should have comprehensive qualities and the scientific research should pursue nativism. |
