| 摘 要： | 在介绍涑河滨水区概况的基础上，从经济、社会、环保等层面分析了沫河滨水区开发的驱动力，并进一步探讨了涑河滨水区开发给城市生态环境、土地利用、经济发展等方面带来的积极效应．为保证开发效应的持续性，认为滨水区开发应突出本地特色，注重滨水空间场所的塑造，应充分利用河流的自然修复过程，创造具有丰富自然的滨水环境，并且构建滨水区统一管理体系．

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction to Suhe waterfront situation, driving force of the development is analyzed from the economic, social, and environmental protection aspects. It is thought that the development of Suhe waterfront will bring positive impact to the city＇s ecological environment, land use, and economic development. To ensure the sustainability of the development effect, we should focus on local features, place emphasis on shaping the waterfront space, and build a unified management system. |
