| 摘 要： | 韦伯在《新教伦理与资本主义精神》中指出，倡导敬业乐群、节俭和禁欲等的新教伦理，是造就资本主义的决定性价值观念，这些观念积极推动了西方经济的发展。马克思与韦伯的思路迥然不同，他的理论对资本主义、尤其是对掠夺性的资本主义的解释更为有力。中国在社会主义市场经济条件下，必须通过完善法律制度、大力发展教育等途径，重构当代经济伦理。

| Abstract: | In his works The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalis m , Max Weber pointed out that the protestant ethic which advocates devoting to oc cupation, enjoying group, austerity and abstinence was the crucial value of capi talism. It promoted actively the development of the West economy. Karl Marx's th ought is quite different from Weber's, it is more explainable to capitalist soci ety, especially predatory capitalism. Under the condition of socialist economy, China has to consummate its law system, develop its education energetically and so on, to reconstruct contemporary economy ethics. |
