| 摘 要： | 人的生命活动是一种既有意识、又有对象的活动。从对“生命”的阐释和通过对“生命美学”中两大“逻辑支撑”的逐一分析，可以层层驳斥“生命美学”对生命的看法。“生命美学”的产生具有一定历史必然性，但是它只是对现状的一种思索与启迪，本质上体现的是一种精神萎缩，因而不能构成为一种美学理论。

| Abstract: | The life activity of man has both consciousness and target of activi ty . The life aesthetics on the view of life can be refuted from the explanation of life and the two logic supports of life aesthetics. The rise of life aesthetics has the historical necessity, but it is only a kind of pondering and enlightenm ent. So it shows a sort of listlessness and it doesn't form a theory of aestheti cs. |
