| 摘 要： | 在我国市场经济不断完善，民主与法制制度不断健全，人民群众对社会治安满意程度不断提高的历史条件下，严打亟需新的突破和创新，需要对其进行新的认识，赋予其新的任务，推动严打在组织形式、打击手段、严打体制等方面的不断创新，并通过严打推动公安工作的改革与创新。

| Abstract: | The market economy in China is improving. The democracy and legal system as well as people's satisfaction with the social security are constantly enhancing. Under such historical environment, there should be breakthrough and innovation in severe striking against the bad. One should have a new understanding and give a new task to the severe striking against the bad so as to improve its organization form, striking methods and systems and promote the reform and innovation in the public security's work. |
