内河航道综合信息服务系统功能研究

摘    要:在分析内河航道信息服务需求的基础上,依据内河数字航道整体规划,提出了数据采集层、网络传输层、计算资源层、数据资源层、应用支撑层、业务应用层和对外服务层等7层业务体系以及信息安全保障体系、运行管理保障体系和标准规范保障体系等保障体系构成内河航道综合信息服务系统整体架构,设计了综合信息服务、航道维护管理服务、电子航道图生产服务系统、综合统计分析系统4个应用系统的功能以及服务系统数据库与系统网络总体结构,为内河航道综合信息服务系统开发提供指导.

Abstract:By analyzing the demand of inland river channel information service, based on the overall planning of inland digital channel, this paper puts forward the overall framework of inland waterway comprehensive information service system, composed of seven business system, including the data ac- quisition layer, transport layer, network layer, data resources, computing resources layer, application support layer, application layer and service layer, and security system, including information security system, operation management security system and standard specification security system. It designs service system database, system network structure and the function of four application systems, inclu- ding integrated information service, waterway maintenance chart production service system, comprehensive statistical ment of inland waterway comprehensive information service management services, electronic navigation system, provide guidance for the develop- system
