锦绣杜鹃多糖的提取工艺及年动态变化观测

摘    要:以料液比、微波时间、微波功率为考察因素,采用微波法正交试验优化,得出锦绣杜鹃叶多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶20,微波时间60s,微波功率为160 mA.应用优化的工艺条件进行试验,获得了杜鹃多糖得率为22.578%.同时对锦绣杜鹃叶多糖年动态变化进行研究,结果表明在一年的不同月份生长期内,锦绣杜鹃在6~10月份多糖含量积量较高,而12~2月份多糖含量则为全年最低水平,可进一步为杜鹃多糖的开发应用提供参考.

Abstract:The research used the orthogonal methodology by microwave-assisted to optimized. The fac- tors include ratio of raw material to liquid, time of extraction, microwave power. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the ratio raw of material to liquid 1 : 20, time of extraction 60s, microwave power 160mA. The polysaccharides yield from Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet reached up to 22. 578% under these optimized conditions. The content of polysaccha- rides changed at different growing stages. The polysaccharides yield maintained a higher level in 6 - 10 months and a lower level in 12 - 2 months. The experiments provides the reference for the development and application of the polysaccharides from Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet.
