| 摘 要： | 福建土楼与风景名胜区等传统旅游区相比，具有人口密度大，客家人与土楼民居浑然一体的特点，适用社区参与的旅游开发方式。目前福建土楼旅游在社区参与方面还存在许多不足，如参与程度低，土楼旅游开发重建筑、轻人文，参与旅游开发的土楼居民素质有待提高，社区居民忽视对土楼旅游环境的营造等，要通过制定政策、政府加强引导、深度开发原生态土楼旅游产品、加强社区居民培训、发动居民美化环境等措施，真正促进社区参与土楼旅游开发。

| Abstract: | Compared to the traditional tourism areas such as scenic spots,Fujian Tulou has the characteristics of higher population density and integration of Hakka and earthen buildings,both of these are suit for the development pattern of community participation tourism. But many disadvantages exist in the community participation,such as the lower degree of participation,the unbalances of architecture tourism and human tourism,the low quality of attending residents,the neglects of tourism environment protection,etc.... |
