摘    要:以水暖卫浴产业工业机器人磨抛加工规模应用为切入点,研究一种采用模块式设计,具有高度自动化和柔性化特点的磨抛加工系统.集机械、电子、气动、PLC、传感器、计算机、现场总线及网络通信等技术于一体,可根据需求选择不同的单元组合成新柔性加工系统.

Abstract:Take scale application of industrial robot grinding for bathroom plumbing industry as the breakthrough point, a modular flexible polishing manufacturing system which has the features of high automation and flexibility, integration of mechanical, eleetronic, pneumatic, PLC, sensor, computer, field bus and network communication technology has been designed. And it can choose different unit to form a new flexible manufacturing system according to the demand.
