| 摘 要： | 近年来,高速公路工程建设飞速发展,四位一体的项目管理模式已不能适应当前高速公路的建设发展。文章从高速公路建设管理的现状入手,以高速公路工程建设为例,分析高速公路引入工程代建制的必要性,从工程代建制的运用范围、切入阶段和运作方式等方面探讨了适合高速公路建设项目的代建制模式。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the rapid development of highway projects,quaternity project management mode could not adapt to the development of highway construction.Based on the status quo of highway construction management,the essay analyzes the necessity of introduction of construction agent system in highway projects and discusses construction agent system mode in highway projects in terms of application range,stage and operation methods. |
