| 摘 要： | 农民政治参与与构建和谐农村本质是一致的,农民冷漠型和非制度化政治参与给和谐农村带来负面影响,应通过进一步完善农民政治参与机制,加强基层干部队伍建设,优化农村教育结构,发展农村经济等途径,引导农民健康有序参与政治,调动农民政治参与热情。

| Abstract: | Peasants' political participation and construction of harmonious rural areas have the unanimous nature.Peasants' cold attitude and non-systematic political participation have negative effect on harmonious rural areas.So it is necessary to perfect peasants' political participant mechanism,strengthen grass-root cadre teams,optimize rural educational construction,develop the approaches of advancing rural economy,guide peasants to participate in politics healthily and orderly,and to arouse their enthusiasm of political participation. |
