| 摘 要： | 选取和谐发展、人才培养、大学文化这三个视角分析高校和谐育人机制的构建，是由我国传统和谐思想产生发展历史及高校发展现实决定的。针对高校和谐发展、人才培养、文化建设等方面面，临的现实困境，必须树立正确的发展观，建立弹性、多元、均衡的人才培养机制，增强大学文化建设的引导力、凝聚力、传承力。
