微波辐射KF/Al_2O_3催化合成肉桂醛

摘    要:以KF/Al2 O3为碱性催化剂 ,采用微波辐射催化合成肉桂醛 ,通过正交实验和单因素实验确定最佳反应条件。实验结果表明 :乙醛 0 .2mol,苯甲醛 0 .3 0mol,微波辐射功率 1 60W ,辐射时间 1 1min ,产率可达90 .7%。

Abstract:Cinnamic aldehyde was synthesized using KF/Al 2O 3 as the base catalyst under microwave irradiation. The optimum reaction conditions were decided by ithogonal and single\|factor experiments. The result were as follows: acetaldehyde 0.20 mol, benzaldehyde 0.30 mol, microwave power 160W and microwave irradiation time 11 min. The yield was up to 90.7%.
