| 摘 要： | 电子政务是国家实施政府职能转变，提高政府管理、公共服务和应急能力的重要举措，有利于带动整个国民经济和社会信息化的发展。在全面推进电子政务的大趋势、大环境下，政府门户网站应从电子政务在信息安全等级保护工作中的应用入手，有效利用信息安全等级保护工作机制，在政府门户网站安全管理机制建设、人员建设、制度建设上，安全稳固，积极推动电子政务的健康、全面发展。

| Abstract: | The EG （E-government） is an important measure to help our nation promoting the transformation of governmental functions, improving the ability of government administration, public service and emergency capacity. It is beneficial to the development of the economy and social informatization in our country. In the trend of promoting e-government, how should the government do with this topic in order to take advantage of information security protec- tion management？ Referring to sufficient references, the thesis discusses the current situation and methods from several aspects such as the construction of management, personnel and national systems on purpose of promoting the government portal security and harmonious development. |
