位模式插补在开环数控系统中的设计与实现

摘    要:在开环数控系统中采用位模式插补,结合特定插补算法,可有效提高系统性能.本文设计了在以ARM和CPLD为硬件结构的开环数控系统中实现位模式插补器和速度控制.以线性插补为例,对位模式插补器进行测试,测试结果表明,该设计可有效运行.

Abstract:The performance of open-loop CNC system was improved effectively by useing bit pattern interpolation with some interpolation algorithm.A hardware structure of CNC,which consisted of ARM and CPLD,was designed in this paper,and bit pattern interpolator and speed-control were also designed and realized based on the CNC.In the last,a test for the bit pattern interpolator with linear interpolation algorithm was made,and the test shows that the design works effectively.
