| 摘 要： | 外语院校女大学生心理健康问题的出现源于传统和现代、理想和现实、东方和西方、幼稚和成熟这些青春期成长中的矛盾。在心理健康教育的过程中引入和谐理念，就是不回避问题，要温和、恰当地化解矛盾，积极地疏导、妥善地化解危机，保障心理健康教育的健康有序发展。这既是人类文明的进步，也是新形势下高等教育的客观要求。

| Abstract: | The mental health problems of female students in foreign language universities has originated from the contradictions between traditional and modem, ideal and reality, East and West, as well as young and mature in the process of growth. The education of mental health should bring in the idea of harmony and solve the contradictions mildly and appropriately in order to guarantee the orderly development of education of mental health. It is the requirement of the progress of human civilization and the higher education in new situation. |
