| 摘 要： | 电子商务整个交易完全虚拟化,构建方便、安全的商务环境是发展电子商务必须考虑的问题。电子签名,是电子商务过程中采用的一种认证技术,其作用是对发送的交易文件及发送者的真实性进行确认。《电子签名法》,赋予电子签名与文本签名具有同等法律效力,保证电子商务交易能在网上完整地进行。将围绕电子签名的技术原理、法律效力问题进行论述。

| Abstract: | The procedure of electronic commerce,namely e-commerce or e-business is totally virtual.A convenient and secure commercial environment must be taken into account in developing e-commerce.E-signature is a mainly-adopted authentication technology in the process of e-business.And it plays an important role in conforming the transaction files and the authenticity of senders.E-Commerce Law endows the e-signature and text signature with the same legal effect and it ensures that the transaction of e-commerce can be conducted integrally.The major points of technical principles and legal effect centering round e-signature will be expounded in this thesis. |
