| 摘 要： | 分析工程项目过程管理的绩效考核指标方及方法，探讨其结果应用和应注意的问题。工程项目过程管理绩效考核是建筑施工企业项目经理部管理中的重要环节，与建筑施工企业的生存有着密切的联系，它是建筑施工企业获取最大效益的源泉。作为建筑施工企业，首先抓好项目经理部过程管理绩效考核，只有这样，才能使工程项目管理获得更好地效益，为企业整体目标的实现奠定基础。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the KPI index and method of performance assessment in the project process management and discusses the result-application and the problem paid attention to. The performance assessment in the project process management is an important tache in the management of the construction project management team of construction enterprises, and it is closely related to the development of the construction enterprises. It is also the greatest profits-resource of the enterprises. The construction enterprises should first conduct the performance assessment in the project process management well, and then it can guarantee the project management can get better and the whole objective of the enterprise can be achieved. |
