| 摘 要： | 运用比较研究学，通过文献研究，深刻揭示跨文化企业中，来自不同社会制度、不同文化背景的各方之间必然存在管理文化差异引起的不协调和冲突。指出跨文化企业要生存和发展，就必须重视跨文化管理，而跨文化管理的核心是对文化冲突的协同。
