摘    要:随着制造业技术的不断革新,生产规模不断扩大,对制造装备提出了更高的技术要求,然而实际生产过程中普通机床还在发挥着重要的作用。部分机床是传统的继电器/接触器控制系统,逐渐满足不了生产的需要,可通过对可编程控制器(PLC)和触摸屏的硬件和软件进行优化设计,对普通机床进行改造升级,以满足现代制造业的生产需要。

Abstract:With continuous innovation of manufacturing technology and expansion of production scale,higher technical requirements are put forward for manufacturing equipment.However,ordinary machine tools are still playing an important role in the actual production process.Part of the machine is the traditional relay/contact control system,which is gradually unable to meet the needs of production,programmable logic controller(PLC)and touch screen hardware and software optimization design.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of ordinary machine tools is carried out in order to meet the needs of modern manufacturing production.
