| 摘 要： | 以某职业技术学院650名学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,选择职业成熟度问卷和职业决策自我效能问卷研究了高职院校大学生职业成熟度与职业决策自我效能之间的关系。结果表明：不同生源地的高职生职业成熟度和自我决策效能总分不存在显著性差异;但城市学生的职业认知水平较高,而农村学生更善于解决具体问题,城市学生职业成熟度较高;不同性别的高职生职业决策自我效能存在非常显著的差异,男生的职业决策自我效能大于女生;不同年级的学生职业成熟度和自我决策不存在显著性差异,但在成熟度的职业目标和职业自主维度上存在显著的差异。职业成熟度与职业决策自我效能之间存在显著性正相关。

| Abstract: | This paper studies Career Maturity(CM) and Career Decision Making Self-efficacy(CDMSE) relations for vocational college students,through research objects of 650 students in a vocational college and Questionnaires.It turns out that there is no significant difference among students from different places CM and CDMSE in Career Maturity and Career Decision Making Self-efficacy scores,city students have higher career cognitive level and CM while rural students are better at solving problems.The findings also show that gender makes great difference in CDMSE,for male students have higher scores than female students,grade doesn’t have obvious impact on CM and CDMSE,while students in higher grades have a better understanding in career goals and independent dimensions.The paper also found a positive correlation between CM and CDMSE. |
