我国图书馆核心能力体系经验性解析

摘    要:核心能力的培育是我国图书馆的战略目标之一。我国图书馆核心能力要素分为信息技术、员工业务、资源储存与创新机制四个要素。经验性的研究表明,在我国图书馆核心能力培育过程中,数据库建设、员工忠诚与业务流程再造取得了较好的成效,而数据挖掘、专业性人力资本开发与学习型组织建设存在着显著的不足。

Abstract:The cultivation of core competence is the strategic objectives of our library.The core competence elements in our library are divided into information technology,staff services,resource storage and innovation mechanism.The empirical research shows that database development,employee loyalty and business process reengineering has achieved good results in the process of core competence training,and there are significant inadequate in data mining,professional human capital development and learning organization construction.
