| 摘 要： | 核心竞争力的培育是国有商业银行的一项重要战略,是国有商业银行实施市场竞争的有效手段。国有商业银行核心竞争力的结构与内涵与其它行业相比存在着显著的区别,而信息技术在国有商业银行核心竞争力培育过程中发挥着重要的作用。我国金融市场全面开放之后,面对着外资银行和中小股份制银行的强烈挑战,国有商业银行核心竞争力的培育具有紧要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The core competence theory is the frontiers study domination in management theory,and is the latest development in corporate theory,and has been raised a lot of attention by business community.The cultivation of core competitiveness is an important strategy for national commercial banks,and is a kind of effective means of market competition.There are significant difference in structure and content for national commercial bank compared with other industries.The information technology plays an important role in the process of core competence cultivation.The cultivation of core competence has crucial practical significance after the full liberalization of our financial markets and in the face of strong challenge of small and medium commercial banks. |
