| 摘 要： | 通过对石油销售企业的分析,介绍了石油销售企业ERP的业务流程,采购业务、销售业务的概要设计。对公司内部业务流程和管理过程进行了优化,但是因为ERP系统是不能完全覆盖和满足全部企业软件的功能和需求,因此ERP与其他外围系统接口应运而生,实现了企业内部财务和业务的协同、供应链与销售链的协同。

| Abstract: | The article introduced design of ERP business process of petrochina marketing company,include purchase business,selling operation and inventory management,by analyzing of petroleum marketing industry.It is optimized company internal purchase business and management process,But because of the ERP system is not fully cover and satisfy the needs of all enterprise software function and demand,so ERP and various peripheral interface system emerge as the times require,the article is to ERP and the company＇s logistics software sales for example were introduced.It is achieved the coordination of company internal financial and business,supply-chain and sale-chain. |
