| 摘 要： | ERP建设是煤炭企业信息化战略的一项重要内容,有效地提高了煤炭企业的运作效率。江苏省煤炭企业ERP建设呈现出一定的独特性。经验性的分析揭示了ERP实施因素的积极作用与不足之处,为江苏省煤炭企业的ERP建设提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | ERP construction is an important element of IT strategy which may improve the operational performance of coal enterprise.The ERP implementation has its special regulation in Jiangsu Province.Empirical analysis reveals the advantage and inadequacy for ERP construction and provides the realistic theory reference for it. |
