| Abstract: | The biotechnology business is an important development direction in Jiangsu Province high-tech industries,and the core competence cultivation is the key strategies to promote the development of biotechnology industry.Core competence system in Jiangsu Province biotechnology consists of five elements： strategic management,technology development,market development,production capability and operation environment.Based on the data survey of biotechnology business operation and by means of certification factor analysis,empirical study may reveal the micro-path mechanism of core competence,and finds its advantage and disadvantage elements function,which may provide realistic theory reference for biotechnology business to cultivate core competence.The research result show that only can biotechnology business give full play to advantage element function,sustain the role of conventional element and dig the potential of disadvantage elements,core competence can be achieved a qualitative leap. |
